Why is it crucial to test for PD?

       1. The occurrence of PD is undetectable through normal check-ups in high voltage equipment. In the case of a dry-type transformer, annual routine check-ups are insufficient in determining the condition of the transformer. Therefore, explosions would often occur before the problem became noticed.

       2. Certain high voltage equipment is located inside secured enclosures which poses danger when opened for check-ups. Increase safety is achieved through PD testing using our designated sensors and analyzers without the risk of opening certain equipment.
